      Our chef is not your average joe.  He has over 20 years of experience, with portions of that time spent in some of the finest New York restaurants.


    Specialties include: 10 hour slow roasted prime rib coated with a blend of fresh seasonings & garlic, served on saturdays; pasta's with New York style gourmet sauces; and some of the best chicken dinners around.
